Creatine, and nothing else.

Pure, unflavored creatine monohydrate, synthesized to exacting standards in Germany. No fillers, gums, sweeteners, or weird flavors, stored in a double-insulated glass jar.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate
Net weight
5.3 oz (150 g)
Flavor
None
Origin
Synthesized in Germany
Jar
350 mL double-insulated glass, aluminum cap
How to take it

Stir 5 g into water, coffee, or a smoothie once a day. Most research on creatine uses 3–5 g daily, taken consistently. Timing matters much less than taking it every day.

Why glass

Plastic containers can shed microplastics into what’s inside them. Our double-insulated glass jar doesn’t, and its two walls help buffer heat between our warehouse and your door.

Storage

Keep the cap closed and store in a cool, dry place.

“Your health is the reason you take creatine. It’s the reason we obsess over every detail.”

  1. First

    Pure creatine monohydrate.

Unflavored, single-ingredient creatine, synthesized to exacting standards in Germany.

  2. Next

No fillers, gums, sweeteners, or weird flavors.

It mixes into whatever you already drink without changing the taste.

  3. Finally

    Stored in glass.

A double-insulated glass jar, unique to us, prevents microplastic shedding and heat damage.

Questions

Does it taste like anything?

Not really. Pure creatine monohydrate has almost no taste. You might notice a slight texture in water; in coffee or a smoothie, you won’t.

Why creatine monohydrate and not another form?

Monohydrate is the form used in the large majority of creatine research. Newer forms cost more without better evidence behind them.

Where is it made?

Our creatine is synthesized in Germany to exacting purity standards.
